These specific sessions are 4-5 hours long (usually around 4). Everything is fully explained before you begin so you feel completely safe and comfortable. You'll transcend space and time as we take a ride back into your childhood memories and the womb to do some deep healing. Then you will travel back into at least one of your past lives and end with a thorough exploration of the Spirit Realm (called "Life Between Lives" -- my favorite part!) where you usually meet your Guides, your Council, and much, much more. ✨

You will emerge from your PLR/LBL session with a greater knowledge of:

• Your Life Purpose (in this lifetime, along with others)
• Your overarching Soul Purpose
  An empowering outlook on WHY you were born
• Receive all the messages and insights into what you're here to do on this earth RIGHT NOW

Sessions are conducted virtually via zoom video (or if you're local to Nashville, we can set up an in-person session at my home healing studio). Either way, you'll receive an audio recording of your session + about 10 pages of detailed notes. :)
