  • I’m lovable. I wear my heart on my sleeve, share my own story openly, and have a plethora of free educational content, podcast interviews, YouTube videos, and hypnosis freebies. In this way, you can “interview me” and get a sense for my energy and the way that I teach and share. This way, you’ll be able to feel viscerally whether or not I’m the best coach for you.

I am just here to reflect that, to be your divine mirror, and assist you in unraveling those pesky limiting beliefs that have clouded your path to liberation.
