Hello, new friend! I’m Jourdan Rystrom, a soulful singer-songwriter, transformational coach, and the visionary behind Awaken the Glow. My mission? To help people FEEL again—whether through music, vocal activation, or deep healing work. My journey has been one of raw vulnerability, radical self-expression, and a deep commitment to empowering others to reconnect with their inner light and live authentically.
My music is a reflection of this journey, blending life’s highs and lows into powerful messages of hope, healing, and empowerment. Beyond the music, I weave together my personal story of overcoming addiction (9 years sober!), clearing codependency, navigating motherhood, and embracing my LGBTQ+ identity into everything I create. I believe in turning life’s challenges into art and guiding others to do the same.
As a performer, I aim to move hearts and create transformative experiences. Whether it’s live TikTok shows, private 1:1 coaching, or sharing my voice onstage, my work is rooted in truth, creativity, and connection.

Jourdan Rystrom is a natural-born healer and has always known she has a greater purpose for her life.
Jourdan specializes in Hypnotherapy, Somatic & Sacred Rage Healing, Reiki Healing, Crystal Healing, and Sound Healing. She is certified as a Master Practitioner in each.
Jourdan attended Berklee College of Music and graduated with a degree in Songwriting and Vocal Performance. She uses the soundpower of her voice combined with the magic resonance of crystal bowls to create an Angelic Frequency that is truly beyond this world. This is what differentiates Jourdan from any other Energy Healing Practitioner – her sessions blend a mixture of Reiki, Crystal Healing, and Sound Healing all together, in one.
In her signature Awaken the Glow Energy Healing sessions, Jourdan channels divine energy and clients receive their own signature “song”, performed live to close out their session. She invites them to sing for themselves as well, activating their voice and power on a visceral level. This magical experience, along with her natural ability to make you feel at ease, is what makes her stand out as a healer.
Clients love how attentive and intuitive Jourdan is – she will often receive divine messages during the session from Source (God) and the Archangels, and will relay them to you if desired. Jourdan loves to educate her clients and inspire deep inner work – she is also available for Angel Card Readings.
Reiki Energy Healing, Crystal Healing, and Sound Healing (combined with essential oil aromatherapy) often relieves pain, both physically and mentally/emotionally, and they are best done when combined. Experience a session for yourself and you will forever be awakened!

Established in 2015.
When Jourdan got sober on November 1st, 2015, her entire life changed for the better. She delved into her personal and spiritual growth process and (almost immediately) began channeling messages from Source – God/Spirit – and Archangel Michael, her Ascended Master. What an experience!
Jourdan has always had a “sixth sense” of sorts in terms of intuition, but getting sober (eliminating any sort of drug, drink, or toxic substance from her body) was truly the catalyst to blast off into new realms of inner healing. If you can think it, Jourdan’s probably experienced it in this lifetime, and has overcome so much, all for a Greater Purpose. Every experience has led her to where she is now, and nothing is taken for granted.
Jourdan lives to inspire – her mantra is “Be a Light for others so that they too may See”.
She frequently speaks at events, has a ‘Conscious Comedy’ YouTube channel called BowJour, where she co-creates funny, positive, and uplifting content with her best friend Brad, and has a live nightly show on TikTok.
Jourdan is uniquely qualified to this work because of her life experiences, spiritual coaching, musical talent and natural intuitive, healing abilities. She is also a Spiritual Hypnotherapist specializing in Past Life Regression / Life Between Lives, Smoking Cessation, and Mindfulness. Jourdan is a Crystal Child and her life mission is to inspire others to ignite their spark – their Light – and Awaken the Glow within.
