First, you will create your intentions for the session and relax into a deeply meditative state.

(This allows your subconscious mind to open and get ready to explore whatever is for your highest and greatest good.)

We then begin gently by going back into healing childhood memories (from the root!) and visit how it felt to be in your mother's womb. Lots of healing is done here.

We then travel back into at least one of your past lives and end with a thorough exploration of the Spirit Realm (called "Life Between Lives" -- my favorite part!)

This is where you usually meet your Guides, your Council, and much, much more!

You will emerge from your PLR/LBL session with a greater knowledge of:

Your Life Purpose (in this lifetime, along with others)
